Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble your machine carefully and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and power cables.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a professional courier service to collect the heavy equipment from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
